Our Real Estate Virtual Assistant rates are per hour or by retainer. Other charges may incur such as long distance, postage, shipping cost, and printing through an outside company.

Hourly Rate:

Rates vary depending on the services requested. All services are billed at an hourly rate. More advanced services such as graphic design or custom website design are billed at a higher rate than general administrative services.

Retainer Rates:

Retainers are available at a discounted rate. Clients pay for a specified amount of hours each month and are guaranteed availability for that amount of hours.

If termination is necessary by either party a 30 day termination notice is required. All fees are paid in advance prior to commencement of work.

Payment Policy and Terms:

Payments can be made in the form of credit card, check, cashier's check, money order, or Paypal (preferred method of payment).
A signed contract outlining the description of services and payment agreement is required prior to any work being done.
Hourly and retainer clients must pay for hours up front before any work can be done.
There will be a $25.00 service fee on all returned checks.
All past due invoices and retainer payments will incur a late fee.
